Over the last 10 years, we’re proud to say that ShortTermStays.com (aka “Messenger & Associates”) has become one of the most popular destinations on the web for short-term housing searches. Our main job is to help individuals and companies searching for short-term furnished housing to quickly and easily connect with some of the best providers specializing in the areas they want to stay in.

We don’t do online bookings or sales, and we don’t feature or promote any properties or companies on our sites. All we do is develop referrals for businesses like yours. We get hundreds of new clients coming to us every day seeking short-term housing. After screening their requests VERY carefully, we forward the ones that look viable to the landlords and leasing agents in our network (per each provider’s pre-selected screening parameters for price, area, unit size, & minimum length of stay). Once we make the initial introduction, the rest is up to our providers. We work on a referral fee basis only. If you don’t use a lead from us and get a paid guest as a result, you pay us nothing. There are no up-front fees to join our network, and no maintenance fees to receive our pre-screened referrals on a daily basis. And our fee structure is very reasonable (details available upon request).
